Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to telemetry tools, sensor equipment, and associated software platforms.
- Provide remote and on-site support to customers and field engineers, ensuring minimal downtime of critical systems.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to elevate complex issues and feed back field insights.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Support the installation, commissioning, and configuration of telemetry and sensor solutions.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance product reliability and customer experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support or field engineering role involving telemetry, sensors, or instrumentation.
- Solid understanding of communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, Modbus, Cellular IoT) and sensor technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across hardware and software systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with water or pump industry applications and SCADA systems (plus).
- Familiarity with IoT platforms and cloud-based monitoring solutions (plus).
- HNC/HND or degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related discipline (plus).
