Fusion Tek, a US-based MSP with a global team, is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Technician II to join our remote-friendly support group. You’ll manage escalated tickets, troubleshoot Windows and macOS, and contribute to core infrastructure alongside a collaborative technical team.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years MSP IT support, CompTIA A+ and/or Network+, MD-102 preferred, and solid knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365/Intune, and networking.
