Senior Application Security Engineer Remote

Drive Uni Uni's application security as a Senior Engineer in this remote position. Collaborate closely with teams to enhance product security and embed defenses in software design.

You will embody the technical lead for product and platform security at Uni Uni, focusing on hardening systems and maintaining compliance. This role combines coding, mentoring, and incident response to improve security practices organization-wide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead threat modeling and security reviews for new services

• Oversee secure code review and train engineers on best practices

• Enhance CI/CD pipelines with integrated security controls

• Establish API security standards including authentication and access

• Lead incident response efforts to manage security breaches

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in application security and Dev Sec Ops

• Proficient in writing production-quality code across various languages

• Experience with AWS security measures and App Sec tooling

• Proven skills in threat modeling and security incident management

• Background in SAML 2.0 and enterprise security frameworks
