Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Hedgehog Lab is seeking an Operations Assistant to join a lean, hands-on team. You will own resourcing, contractor onboarding, and timesheet processes, while helping to streamline systems across multiple UK offices and remote teammates.
You’ll work directly with senior leadership to improve admin workflows, automate where possible, and turn recurring tasks into documented, scalable processes that everyone can rely on.
