Senior DevOps Engineer; HashiCorp Vault

We’re looking for a Dev Ops Engineer with solid experience who will be responsible for developing and evolving security, automation, and integration capabilities across our technology platforms, to join our team in Lugano.

• Design, implement, and evolve enterprise secrets management capabilities, with a primary focus on Hashi Corp Vault
• Develop secure authentication, authorization, and credential management solutions across technology platforms
• Enable and support secure integrations between platforms, applications, and delivery pipelines
• Contribute to the automation of software delivery and operational processes, including CI/CD workflow
• Define and promote standards, best practices, and reusable patterns for secure platform services

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Hands‑on experience with Hashi Corp Vault or similar tools
• Solid knowledge of secret lifecycle management, token and certificate management, authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Experience designing and implementing integrations across platforms/applications, and APIs
• Familiarity with containerization, including Kubernetes
• Hands‑on experience with scripting and infrastructure automation tools
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian

• Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino (Switzerland) or Italian Border Towns (such as Como, Varese, etc.)
• Work-from-home days may be possible according to the Client's policy
