Position: Security Executive at Planet - Hybrid Role

As the VP and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you will be at the forefront of formulating and overseeing Planet's enterprise-wide security strategy. With over 10 years of experience and a focus on leading teams, you'll predict emerging risks and protect vital assets within the organization. This role emphasizes empathy-driven leadership and comprehensive risk management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead evolution of Planet’s information security framework

• Own enterprise and third-party cyber risk management

• Supervise budgets and empower management teams

• Balance privacy, integrity, and recoverability effectively

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in the field, 8+ in leadership

• Excellent communication abilities tailored to diverse audiences

• Strong grasp of networking and cloud security

• Proven experience with SOC 2 and ISO certification

• Comprehensive knowledge of adversarial AI risks
