The Systems Analyst supports the Senior Manager to enhance the operations for Clarins Group Retail Technology. He/she manages incidents, service and change requests with the support team and stakeholders, following SOP and governance.
The role ensures efficiency and improves applications so that users across markets and regional offices have the best experience, with APAC involvement (Japan, Malaysia, Korea, Singapore and ANZ) and up to one day of remote work per week.
