About you:

• 2 years (minimum) of experience in IT support or a relevant Cyber Security degree/certification is required for this role;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;

About the role:

• As part of our Cyber Response team, you’ll provide awesome first and second-line cyber support to our incredible customers;
• Keep the fortress strong with security and permission tweaks, crafting new security groups like a digital architect;
• Identify threats in emails, applications, sign-in activities, and even keep tabs on the shadowy corners of the dark web;
• Keep our cyber playbook in tip-top shape, and maintain all the important cyber security documentation;
• Support a vast array of software across many industries;
• Provide best practice cyber security advice to our customers;
• Escalate issues to Senior Technicians or vendors when necessary;
• Maintain knowledge of the latest cyber trends and threats to keep customers safe.

Customer Service is key:

• Customer confidence; we communicate with our clients in person and on the phone;
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, with the ability to provide advice to non-technically minded customers;
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
• Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
