Job Overview
Fidelity Canada is looking for a Digital Insights Manager to support delivery and maintenance of digital marketing tools and campaigns. The role is based at 483 Bay Street in Toronto until late 2026, after which the work location will move to Mississauga (3 Robert Speck Parkway). The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule and requires current work authorization for Canada.
Responsibilities- Support delivery and maintenance of the suite of digital marketing tools to enhance customer experience across all digital channels.
- Drive sales, mitigate redemptions, and promote awareness of Fidelity’s brands, products, and services.
- Analyze campaign performance and data across multiple channels (website, app, paid search, paid meta, social, programmatic, email, organic media).
- Build tracking and reporting capabilities and processes across digital marketing on site/app and external channels.
- Create first‑party audiences to drive campaign optimization and media efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create, standardize, interpret, and communicate measurement plans, dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Plan, execute, evaluate, and optimize A/B and multivariate tests using statistical models for outcome evaluation.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with stakeholders (technology, analytics, advertising, info security, compliance, legal) to influence digital strategy.
- Guide development of new digital experiences and products, identifying trends to stay ahead of competitors.
- Execute end‑to‑end campaigns and support data‑driven lead generation and advertising efficiency.
- Advising and assisting marketing teams on automation, digital execution, and AI‑related projects.
- Conduct ongoing research into digital trends to keep Fidelity Canada’s digital strategy market‑leading.
- Completed university degree, preferably focused on technology, analytics, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a digital insights, digital analytics, or data science role.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Target, and Adobe Experience Platform.
- Hands‑on experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target).
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with SQL is an asset.
- Experience with tag management platforms (e.g., Ensighten, Adobe Launch) is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of Decibel, Medallia, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Marketo is an asset.
- Certifications in Adobe Analytics, Target, CDPs, or Audience Manager are an asset.
- Deep understanding of digital analytics, web testing, and personalization.
- Knowledge of the digital marketing and advertising landscape.
- Understanding of first, second, and third‑party data and how it drives marketing strategy.
- Experience with SEO & SEM, personalization, targeting, and segmentation strategies.
- Project management, planning, testing, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with data layers, analytics, and data architecture.
- Experience managing Martech integrations and digital implementation projects.
- Comfort with big data environments, databases, JSON objects, JavaScript, and regular expressions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus ranging from $117,000 to $129,000 annually.
- RRSP Contribution after 6 months of employment.
