This role involves providing first-level support under the guidance of the Director of Partner Pricing & Digital Product Support. You will handle basic user requests and resolve issues promptly while documenting all activities in Jira. Familiarity with the garage door manufacturing sector enhances your contribution to the team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to user inquiries for simple application issues
• Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate teams
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Provide timely and professional support to all users
• Manage and document tickets through Jira diligently
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in the garage door sector is a plus
• Basic understanding of ticketing systems like Jira
• Problem-solving skills for quick issue diagnosis
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Day shift availability until 9:00 PM Eastern Time
