Position: Analyst, Retention Analytics Hybrid Role
McAfee is looking for an Analyst in Retention Analytics to support its subscriber retention efforts through data analysis and strategic insights. This full-time hybrid role is based in Canada.

In this entry-level position, you will analyze critical data around customer behavior and churn, providing insights that drive retention strategies and marketing execution.

Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance automation and reporting processes. You’ll harness tools like SQL and Python to create a more streamlined approach to data analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze churn and renewal behaviors

• Identify key conversion levers across the customer journey

• Evaluate retention campaign effectiveness through A/B testing

• Create reports and visuals for executive clarity

• Collaborate with Data Engineering for data automation

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in analytics or related expertise

• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and Python

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
