Design integrations between observability, automation platforms, and ITSM tools (e.g. Service Now) for automated workflows
Translate client requirements into scalable, secure, cost‑effective technical solutions, providing governance and design assurance
Collaborate across teams and support pre‑sales activities, including solution design, client workshops, and modern platform adoption
You can bring your whole self to work. At Capgemini building an inclusive future is part of everyday life and will be part of your working reality. We have built a representative and welcoming environment, for everyone.
Your skills and experience
Proven experience as a Technical Architect/Senior Lead in cloud, infrastructure, or managed services
Strong expertise in observability platforms (e.g. Splunk) and enterprise monitoring solutions
Solid experience designing and governing infrastructure automation (e.g. Ansible) aligned to Dev Ops practices
Skilled in integrating infrastructure and observability with ITSM platforms (e.g. Service Now, CMDB, incident/change workflows)
Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid architectures (AWS, Azure, on‑prem) and defining architecture standards and best practices
