Position: EarthDaily GRC Manager - Hybrid Role
Take on a key role at Earth Daily as a Governance, Risk, & Compliance Manager in Vancouver. This hybrid position involves the comprehensive management of GRC programs to strengthen IT compliance and risk management.

As the GRC Manager, you will oversee Earth Daily’s risk assessments, policy management, and compliance obligations related to IT controls. Your expertise in cybersecurity and compliance frameworks will ensure the company's readiness for audits and public company standards while fostering collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and manage the enterprise risk register

• Review contractual agreements for compliance obligations

• Ensure robust documentation for SOX IT general controls

• Coordinate with auditors and manage evidence for compliance

• Monitor technology initiatives for compliance implications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field

• Over 5 years in IT compliance or risk management roles

• 3 years direct experience with GRC practices and audits

• Knowledge of SOC 2 and NIST compliance frameworks

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CGRC preferred
