Key Responsibilities:

• Perform remote installations and upgrades for healthcare software

• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve client issues

• Act as the main point of contact during interactions

• Document procedures and maintain team process accuracy

• Update client inventory and support operational questions

Requirements:

• College diploma in IT or related field

• 1–3 years of relevant deployment experience

• Strong understanding of Azure Dev Ops

• Bilingual in French and English for documentation purposes

• Excellent customer service and analytical skills
