Das BIT sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Projektleiter/in mit Schwerpunkt auf IT-Projekte und agilen Methoden. Sie koordinieren Projekte, definieren und überwachen Aufbau, Ablauf, Kosten, Termine sowie Qualität und treffen bei Risiken zielorientierte Massnahmen.
Als Scrum Master unterstützen Sie cross-funktionale Teams, befähigen Teammitglieder und gestalten gemeinsam agile Vorhaben. Zusammenarbeit mit Auftraggebern, BIT-Beteiligten und externen Partnern ist zentral.
