Freestar-Informatik AG in der Region Bern sucht eine motivierte IT Helpdesk Specialist (a) für 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support. Sie betreuen Anwender telefonisch, per E‑Mail und im Ticketsystem und arbeiten eng mit Fachabteilungen zusammen.
Sie bringen eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit, idealerweise ICT-Erfahrung;
Deutsch C1, Französischkenntnisse B2. Flexible Arbeitsbedingungen und Homeoffice-Option sind möglich.
