deltaconX - unifying regulatory compliance in Wien sucht eine/n 1st Level Helpdesk Application Supporter:in (m/w/d). Du unterstützt Kund:innen und Partner:innen und trägst zur Zuverlässigkeit und Performance unserer SaaS-Plattform bei.
Du bringst 2–3 Jahre Helpdesk-/Applikations-Support im Finanz- oder Fin Tech-Umfeld mit, Deutsch C1/C2 und Englisch B2 sicher in Wort und Schrift. Kenntnisse in API-Tools, Postman, Excel, File Zilla, Visual Studio Code, Ponton X/P Messenger helfen dir im Alltag.
