Arc, a UK-based IT Managed Services Provider, is seeking a skilled 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer to provide advanced IT support to our customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems. You will handle complex issues, escalate when needed, and contribute to knowledge base updates.
You will mentor junior engineers, help maintain documentation, and occasionally visit customer sites for on-site resolution. A strong Windows and Microsoft 365 background is essential.
