AI/ML EXPERT

Your role as an AI/ML expert is to demonstrate the art‑of‑the‑possible and apply AI/ML technologies to create tangible business benefits. You will work closely with clients to map road‑maps, design use cases, and realize state‑of‑the‑art solutions such as voice‑enabled chatbots, text‑analytics for email or document classification, or digital twins that reduce waste in production processes.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Collecting data and building end‑to‑end data pipelines.
• Designing and training AI/ML models including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning approaches.
• Deploying and maintaining production‑grade machine learning solutions.
• Co‑operating closely with digital business consultants, data and software engineers, and our network partners.
• Acting as a strategic innovator, providing Agile and digital maturity guidance.

• Academic Master’s degree, preferably in Information Sciences, Data Science, or Analytics.
• 2‑5 years of relevant experience as an AI/ML & analytics expert with a track record of successful cases.
• Digital technology savvy with a passion for AI/ML & analytics.
• Expert knowledge of leading AI & analytics tools such as Tensor Flow, Hadoop, No
  
  SQL, Kubeflow, and data visualisation tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Python and R.
• GCP certification such as Professional Data Engineer.
• Experience designing and operating machine learning models, ensuring solution quality.
• A digital business mindset.
• Ambitious, curious, and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Team player with a proven record of multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Working knowledge of Dutch and English.

Your role includes:

• Applying design thinking, Agile, and digital maturity methodologies to craft use cases such as voice‑enabled chatbots, text analytics, or digital twin initiatives.
• Leading by example to help clients adopt digital business practices.
• Co‑operating seamlessly with AI and analytics experts and network partners.
• Acting as a project manager for digital, AI, and analytics initiatives, while pursuing acquisition and entrepreneurial opportunities.

• 4‑6 years of relevant experience as a digital business consultant with a track record of significant digital business impact.
• Digital technology savvy with a passion for AI/ML & analytics.
• Strong digital business skills and mindset in Agile, design thinking, digital maturity, and innovation processes.
• Advanced knowledge of leading AI & analytics tools such as Tensor Flow, Hadoop, and data visualisation tools; experience with Google Cloud Platform or GCP certification is a plus.
• Very strong communication skills and proven experience building relationships with business experts, engineers, and C‑level decision makers.
• Proven experience in analytics project management and customer account management.
• Ambitious, commercial, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Team player with a proven record in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Working knowledge of Dutch and English.
