This high-impact, 12-month contract role is perfect for skilled Scrum Masters eager to implement optimized Agile practices. Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Engineering Leads to structure backlogs and eliminate distractions, ensuring smooth and continuous software delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring engagement and alignment

• Manage Work-In-Progress limits for optimal flow

• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog transparency

• Protect team members from external distractions

• Track and resolve systemic impediments proactively

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead

• Expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies

• Proficient in Jira and Confluence

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Familiar with Cybersecurity or Defense sectors
