Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for advanced ticket resolutions

• Diagnose and resolve complex networking issues

• Ensure SLA compliance for prompt ticket management

• Maintain high customer satisfaction through expert guidance

• Mentor Tier 1 engineers to enhance overall service quality

Requirements:

• At least 4 years in technical support, ideally SaaS

• Familiarity with Tailscale or comparable VPN technology

• Strong grasp of networking principles and protocols

• Experience with systems like macOS, Windows, Linux

• Knowledge of SSO and integrations with platforms like Azure AD
