This full-time position targets those with a strong background in IT consulting focused on technology-driven customer success. You'll be pivotal in managing client engagements and ensuring that technology services align with business requirements across Alberta and British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality IT support to clients

• Establish strong client relationships and partnerships

• Manage technical implementations in Azure and Microsoft 365

• Review service delivery reports and recommend actions

• Coordinate changes and improvements in client services

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in IT consulting

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and Azure

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Availability for on-call support duties

• Reside in Alberta or British Columbia with travel capability
