Remote Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Functional Consultant

Salary: £49,000 - 66,000 per year

• We require SC clearance or eligibility for SC clearance, and candidates must have lived in the UK for the last 2 years.
• We are looking for a seasoned Oracle EPM Planning specialist with a minimum of two full lifecycle planning projects.
• We need hands‑on expertise in model design, form creation, calculations, allocation logic, Smart View, and Data Management.
• We need proven ability to design integrated planning solutions that connect to source ERP data and other EPM modules.
• We need strong communication skills to build trust with finance stakeholders, run workshops, and produce clear documentation.
• We need highly organised, self‑motivated people who can manage multiple planning work streams in a dynamic cloud environment.
• We prefer experience with Workforce, Cap Ex, Projects, or Strategic Modelling, plus REST APIs, Groovy scripting, or Hyperion Planning to EPM Cloud migration.
• We value experience in Oracle Planning Cloud, calculation scripts, dashboards, reports, EPM Automate, Finance FP&A, quarterly updates, and patch testing.
• An accountancy qualification or financial background is desirable.

• We lead and implement Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) solutions.
• We oversee requirements definition, design, and gap analysis for planning models and driver‑based calculations.
• We lead application configuration, including forms, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
• We drive functional support for technical activities such as data integration, mapping, and automations.
• We facilitate solution validation workshops with key business stakeholders.
• We oversee testing support, training delivery, post‑go‑live support, and related functional implementation guidance.
• We lead flagship Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service implementations end‑to‑end, from requirements gathering through build, integration, testing, and post‑go‑live support.
• We work closely with finance teams on driver‑based planning, workforce and Cap Ex planning, management reporting, and forecast cycles.
• We use Smart View, Data Management, Groovy rules, and EPM Automate to build forms, dashboards, and business rules.
• We manage client relationships, expectations, design workshops, training, and quarterly patch updates.
• We provide status and issue reports to the project manager or client on a regular basis.
