Alignerr is seeking AI Red Team Testers for a fully remote hourly contract. You will design prompts and scenarios to probe AI models, aiming to uncover weaknesses, unsafe or biased outputs, and failure modes.
You will document findings with clear steps and observations and rate severity to guide improvements. Ideal candidates think creatively, communicate clearly in writing, and work independently on flexible schedules.
