BIT sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft als Service Now-Entwickler/in und Dev Ops Engineer. Du entwickelst, implementierst und pflegst Service Now-Module, automatisierst Deployments und Configurationsmanagement in einer Dev Ops-Umgebung, und betreibst Monitoring sowie Fehleranalyse der Plattform.
Zu deinen Aufgaben zählt zudem die Datenpflege der CMDB und der Asset-Lifecycle (SACM). Du bringst mehrjährige Service Now-Erfahrung, ITIL/ITSM-Kenntnisse und gute JS/REST/Web-Technologien mit und arbeitest
