Position: Learning and Development Expert - Hybrid Role
Join Norton Rose Fulbright’s Learning and Development team as an L&D Expert in Montreal or Toronto. Shape effective learning experiences with digital content and strategic support.

You will leverage your five years of professional experience in L&D, especially within legal settings, to create workshops and eLearning solutions. Collaborate closely with various teams to assess training needs and enhance the onboarding process for new team members.

Your role will also involve managing multimedia assets and ensuring training content is current and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create effective onboarding and integration strategies for new hires

• Partner with teams to assess educational requirements

• Assist with new technology integration in L&D projects

• Manage development of video assets for digital training

• Audit learning materials for relevance and effectiveness

Requirements:

• 5+ years in learning & development or eLearning design

• Proficient in multimedia editing tools and LMS systems

• Bilingual communication skills in French and English

• Proven stakeholder engagement abilities

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
