In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of technology, consulting, and service delivery. You’ll help organizations make the most of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and support clients with everything involved—from implementation and system setup to support and optimization. No two days are the same. You’ll constantly switch between clients, systems, analyses, and opportunities for improvement, and you’ll have the freedom to develop your skills both technically and substantively.

• Providing first-, second-, and third-level support to customers within agreed SLAs;
• Supporting the implementation of new customer environments from configuration through to go-live;
• Setting up, testing, and optimizing VMS systems and workflows;
• Supporting and training end users in the use of systems;
• Analyzing customer inquiries and translating them into appropriate solutions;
• Identifying opportunities for improvement within systems and processes;
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge articles;
• Collaborating with internal teams such as BI, operations, and customer success;
• Contributing ideas on dashboards, reports, and process optimizations;
• Monitoring quality, progress, and customer satisfaction in ongoing projects.

In addition, you will bring the following:

• HBO working and thinking level;
• 0 to 4 years of relevant work experience in support, implementation, application management, or consulting;
• An affinity for software, systems, and process optimization;
• Strong communication skills in Dutch (minimum B2 level) and English;
• Analytical skills and a structured approach to work;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction;
• Experience with VMS, MSP, or workforce management systems such as Nétive, SAP Fieldglass, or Beeline is a plus;
• Resident of the Netherlands, hybrid role (relocation not possible).
