Location: Macclesfield (Hybrid – office and home working)

Employment Type: Full Time | 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

Our client is a well-established IT Managed Services provider, delivering managed IT, cloud and security services to clients across the UK & Europe. They operate a security-first culture and work across a broad technology stack including Dell, Cisco, Citrix and Microsoft. The Project Co-ordinator will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects by coordinating activities, managing documentation and ensuring effective communication between internal teams, customers and third parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of multiple concurrent projects
  • Maintain and update project plans, schedules and trackers
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure timely task completion
  • Organise and document project meetings, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
  • Monitor project progress and highlight risks, issues and dependencies
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date and stored correctly
  • Assist with change management processes in a procedurally compliant manner
  • Support project reporting including status updates, milestone reports, RAID logs and performance metrics
  • Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication
  • Support financial tracking of projects (POs, timesheets, cost tracking where required)
  • Contribute to process improvements within the PMD
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years' experience in a IT project coordination, administrative or delivery support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Confident coordinating between suppliers, customers and internal teams
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, , Jira or similar)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Experience with in an IT services or managed services environment
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile)
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure or cloud technologies
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework
  • Project management certification (PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile or equivalent)
  • Experience working with ISO
    9001 and ISO
    27001 standards within a projects environment
