Plum, the smart saving and investing app, is hiring a Customer Success Trainer to educate our Success team through recurring trainings and coaching. You will own onboarding programs, create digital materials and run sessions for new and existing staff, including soft-skill development.
You will organize onsite and remote sessions, design QA scorecards, monitor KPIs, and work with Team Leads to drive performance improvements.
