Overview

Responsibilities- Coordinating digital marketing campaigns, website development, and digital channel activities to meet organisational goals.
- Managing relationships with digital agencies, website developers, and external vendors.
- Overseeing website performance, digital development priorities, and ongoing optimisation.
- Monitoring digital analytics using tools like GA4 to inform decision making and continuous improvement.
- Supporting digital acquisition activities such as email marketing, SEO, social media, and display advertising.
- Acting as a key liaison between marketing, IT, and external partners to ensure seamless digital operations.
- Leading data-driven testing and reporting to enhance digital strategies.
- Assisting in maintaining campaign continuity and strategic oversight in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
Between £23.33 and £28.46 per hour, plus holiday pay, paid via the Allen Associates weekly PAYE payroll.
Contract:
Full-time position (37.5 hours per week), typically working between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Starting ASAP, with an expected duration of around three months, with the potential to extend. After training, hybrid working options to work from home three days a week. Parking is available on site.

Experience Essentials- Proven experience delivering website projects or CMS implementations, such as Word Press.
- Strong understanding of website management, SEO, and digital best practices.
- Proficient in GA4 and digital analytics tools to track and optimise website performance.
- Experience managing digital agencies and external suppliers.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Focus on operational efficiency and continuous digital improvement.
Based in Witney with parking on site, the role offers hybrid work options after initial training.
