Vivedia is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide expert remote support for AV and IT systems, and to act as an escalation point for technical issues. You will log and manage tickets, diagnose faults, and collaborate with Engineering to deliver solutions while ensuring outstanding customer service.
This role requires a hands-on, owner mindset, with the ability to work remotely and on-site, plus travel to client sites as needed. A full UK driving licence is expected.
