Position: Project Manager - 12 Month FTC - Corporate IT

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of medium to large-scale business and IT change initiatives. You'll be responsible for managing projects from initial planning and shaping through to operational handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working across a diverse stakeholder group, you'll play a key role in driving operational improvements and supporting the company's strategic objectives.

This role requires a proactive and collaborative project leader who can navigate ambiguity, build strong relationships, and effectively manage project governance, risks, resources, finances, and change. As well as delivering projects typically lasting 6–12 months, you'll provide leadership to project teams, coach and mentor colleagues, and ensure robust project controls and reporting are in place throughout the project lifecycle.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large-scale IT projects, ensuring delivery to agreed time, cost, and quality objectives;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging and influencing colleagues at all levels across IT and the wider business;
  • Experience managing third-party IT vendors and building effective partnerships to successfully deliver technology change;
  • Demonstrable experience assessing project feasibility, developing business cases, and managing project planning, governance, and approval processes;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of industry trends and best practice in project management.
