Position: DevOps / IT Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Genf

The Role

We are looking for a Dev Ops / IT Infrastructure Engineer who is passionate about designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure. This is a role with real ownership: you won’t just support systems, you will shape how our infrastructure evolves, ensuring full observability and helping ensure our platforms run smoothly and efficiently.

Position Overview
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Employment type: Full-time (100%)
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Work model: Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days remote)
Key Missions Design and manage infrastructure

You will design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security for our SaaS platform.

Automate and optimize workflows

You will implement CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and monitoring tools to improve deployment speed, system reliability, and operational efficiency.

Ensure security and compliance

You will maintain system security, backups, and compliance standards, and collaborate with teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Drive Observability & Monitoring

You will design and implement robust monitoring, logging and alerting to ensure real-time visibility into system health, performance, and user experience.

Collaborate across teams

Work closely with the CTO, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into resilient infrastructure solutions.

Stay up to date with Dev Ops and cloud best practices, introduce new tools and processes, and continuously enhance performance and reliability.

Your Profile

You can be our next Dev Ops / IT Infrastructure Engineer if:

  • You have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Dev Ops
  • You are proficient with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • You have experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • You have knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, or similar automation tools
  • You are experienced with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab CI, etc.)
  • You have hands‑on experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Open Search, etc.)
  • You are skilled in Linux systems administration and networking
  • You have strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • You are committed to best practices in security, scalability, and maintainable infrastructure
  • You are fluent in English (French is a plus)
