In this role with Anovia, you'll deliver remote frontline support within public safety software. A strong background in Windows and Linux environments, coupled with networking and SIP telephony knowledge, is essential. You will assist customers and partners in resolving critical issues to ensure smooth emergency call operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in troubleshooting Emergency Call Handling issues
• Create and manage support tickets throughout their life cycle
• Keep stakeholders updated on issue resolution status
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support tiers
• Contribute to maintaining the internal Knowledge Base
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of technical support experience
• Proficient in Windows Server (2012+)
• Knowledge of Linux (CentOS) environments
• Familiar with networking tools and SIP telephony
• Strong communication skills in English
Provide critical support to ensure public safety through your work with Anovia's NG911 platform.
