As a (Senior) Test Designer, you design and lead the testing approach for high-tech software products.
As a (Senior) Test Designer you support our customers by converting the test strategies into automated test environments and ensuring software quality within multidisciplinary teams. You work simultaneously on challenging projects for clients in sectors such as semiconductors, analytical systems, defense and medical technology.

What excites you as a Senior Test Designer?From our office in Eindhoven and sometimes at our clients' premises you like to keep yourself busy with:
- Executing the test architecture for software test automation and leading its development
- Identifying test levels, quality criteria, and acceptance conditions
- Designing and managing test environments and related infrastructure
- Applying test automation like BDD for effective test coverage
- Working in high-tech environments
- Supporting multidisciplinary development teams with test expertise
- Optimizing test processes within Agile workflows

This is what you bring to the table- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
- ISTQB Advanced certification
- Experience in software engineering
- At least 9 years of experience in software testing & test automation in a technical setting
- Skilled in at least one of the following languages:
Python, C#, or C++ - Experience with test strategies, BDD/TDD, and the Gherkin language, MBT is a pre
- Knowledge of real-time systems, modeling, design patterns, and development methodologies
- Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams involving electronics and mechanics
- Flexible 32-40-hour working week, with room to work from home.
