Babble is seeking a desk-based IT Service Desk Technician to provide world-class remote support for clients and colleagues, troubleshooting and diagnosing IT issues within SLAs. You will maintain case documentation, manage your queue, and collaborate across teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
Key technologies include Microsoft 365, Intune Endpoint Management, Windows OS, and Azure. You will support computer hardware and networks, while mentoring colleagues and contributing to knowledge base
