Network and System Administrator - Work from home  We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization environments.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and maintain the company's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and virtual private network (VPN) environments.
Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and uptime of systems and network infrastructure.
Manage and maintain the company's servers, including email, print, and backup servers, and their associated operating systems and software.
Deploy, configure, and maintain virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Implement and maintain security protocols and policies to ensure the security of the company's network and data.
Administer and maintain network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure the network infrastructure is optimized and secure.
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA, PCI and GDPR.
Identify and recommend new hardware and software solutions to meet the changing needs of the organization.
Qualifications Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in network and systems administration.

Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Suite or Google workplace, Cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, MacOS operating systems.

Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V, VDI and Citrix.
Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SMTP.
Familiarity with network security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and virtual private networks.

Experience with backup technologies like Datto, Veeam, Acronis etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Working hours from 6.00 pm to 3.00 am IST.
