In this full-time role, you will engage with utility clients, guiding them through CIS implementations and optimizations. This position combines technical expertise with business acumen, ensuring client satisfaction via training and documentation while employing AI tools for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage utility CIS technology solutions
• Lead client implementation processes and resolve issues
• Conduct gap analysis and facilitate business process reviews
• Configure applications to meet client business needs
• Oversee user acceptance testing and change management
Requirements:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in utility CIS implementation preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Willingness to travel 50% within North America
• Curiosity for AI tools and their applications
