Join CNL as a Remote Infrastructure Analyst, where you'll design and optimize server and cloud environments vital for organizational success. Your expertise in technology infrastructure will play a crucial role in ensuring CNL’s operational excellence.
This position requires over 15 years of progressive experience as an IT Infrastructure Analyst. You will provide technical leadership, support server virtualization, and address key business needs by creating innovative infrastructure solutions. Expertise in TCP/IP, Active Directory, and security clearance is vital for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and support server and cloud infrastructure
• Gather user requirements and translate into functional designs
• Lead medium-complexity infrastructure projects
• Develop high-level expertise in IT components
• Monitor and resolve complex system issues
Requirements:
• 15+ years of IT Infrastructure Analyst experience
• Proficiency in PKI, Power Shell, and system administration
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and cloud services
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Level 2 Secret security clearance eligibility
