Solution Architect, Integration Partners GTM; Remote

About the Role

The Solution Architect, Technology Ecosystem Partners Europe GTM is a technically elite, partner-focused professional who serves as the primary technical bridge between Crowd Strike and the Integration Partner ecosystem.

Responsible for design, delivery, enablement & Go To Market of integrations built on the Crowd Strike Falcon Platform.

• Supports all Go To Market functions for the European market.
• Assists Business Development Managers in meeting quota goals.
• Acts as a Sales Engineer for partner activity.
• Handles OEM/Embedded Partners with similar responsibilities.

• Provide Sales Engineering support including technical demos, proof‑of‑value execution, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Engage partner sales and technical teams to support joint selling motions.
• Design, build, and validate integrations between partner technologies and the Crowd Strike Falcon Platform.
• Work closely with Integration Partners, Solution Architects, Sales Engineers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to promote Crowd Strike’s technical and business objectives.
• Assist partners with evaluation and Not‑for‑Resale environments, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and product training.
• Build and maintain partner demo environments and scenarios.
• Document integration patterns, best practices, and reference architectures.
• Contribute technical content to the Crowd Strike partner portal and integration catalog.
• Provide technical feedback to Crowd Strike Product teams.
• Support technical enablement and training content creation.
• Serve as technical liaison to facilitate collaboration and remove blockers.
• Participate in events such as security conferences and partner‑sponsored events.
• Track and report on partner integration health, adoption metrics, escalation trends, and field activities.
• Collaborate on scalable, low‑touch partner onboarding through automation and tooling.
• Identify and incorporate agentic AI solutions to improve workflows and efficiency.

• 5+ years of technical experience in cybersecurity, solution architecture, or sales engineering.
• Experience working in or with a partner, channel, or alliance ecosystem.
• Evidence of managing multiple partner engagements in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage senior executives.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Ability to travel predominantly within EMEA and occasionally globally.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision‑making and efficiency.

• Strong foundation in modern security platforms.
• Experience with Endpoint Defense, Malware Lifecycle, Threat Intelligence, Security Operations & Incident Response, Endpoint Management, Cloud Security & Cloud Operations, SIEM, SOAR or XDR integrations.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language:
  Go, Python, Java, JavaScript/Type Script, C++, or equivalent.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhook‑based patterns, scripting, MCP, JSON, XML.
• Proficiency in scripting languages:
  Power Shell, Bash, Python.
• Use of AI‑assisted development tools.
• Familiarity with GDPR and EU data protection requirements.

• Experience with Crowd Strike SDKs:
  Falcon Py, PSFalcon, GoFalcon, or FalconJS.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+ or equivalent.
