Fluid One is seeking a proactive Helpdesk Engineer to join our remote support team, handling 1st line IT issues for a varied client base. You will diagnose network, software and hardware problems, communicate clearly with end users, and ensure incidents are resolved promptly or escalated as needed.
Daily tasks include using remote‑access tools, managing service requests and maintaining updates in the Service Desk system, with a focus on customer service excellence in a fast‑paced environment.
