In this essential role at Absorb, you will be responsible for overseeing Zuora Billing, managing the product catalog, and simplifying invoicing workflows. Your contributions will aid Finance in ensuring accurate revenue recognition and forecasting. Collaborating with multiple departments, you will solve complex billing issues while continuously improving our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize Zuora Billing including subscription and invoicing processes
• Troubleshoot Salesforce–Zuora integration for seamless data flow
• Automate billing processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Partner with Finance on monthly activities and revenue recognition
• Monitor system performance and analyze billing data for trends
Requirements:
• Extensive experience with Zuora Billing systems
• Familiarity with Salesforce and its integration with Zuora
• Knowledge of SaaS billing metrics like ARR and MRR
• Understanding of cross-department quote-to-cash workflows
• Analytical mindset with a focus on constant improvement
