  • Own the tech product governance, prioritization and delivery processes across the domain.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver end-to-end system performance and continuous process improvements.
  • Develop and coach the teams (hierarchical and functional) and manage external suppliers of digital products.
  • Lead quarterly planning sessions, content development and prioritisation for digital product increments.
Who are you?

  • Master's degree in engineering, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
  • Collaborative and inspiring leadership style with excellent coaching skills.
  • Proactive mindset and resilience to navigate change.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale ERP, SaaS and technology transformation programs.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of digital products, including governance, roadmaps, prioritisation and benefits realisation.
  • Able to translate strategic concepts into practical, scalable tools and solutions.
  • Great understanding of warehouse and supply-chain operations and the processes supported by technology.
What do we offer?
  • Kramp is an ambitious, fast-growing and financially strong organization operating across Europe.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, collaboration and ownership are highly valued.
  • Salary and benefits include: 25 vacation days and 12 ADV days (based on a full-time Dutch contract), lease car, flexible working policy, work-from-home allowance, profit sharing bonus, training and development opportunities, laptop and phone, attractive pension plan.
