Position: SAP Payroll Consultant Hybrid Role

This contract role requires a seasoned consultant with at least 7 years of SAP implementation experience. You will engage with multiple stakeholders, analyzing requirements and configuring comprehensive SAP Payroll solutions. Your collaboration will ensure smooth project execution, promoting business efficiency while supporting a large workforce effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP HCM Payroll implementation and support activities

• Analyze business needs and conduct fit-gap assessments

• Configure payroll schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs)

• Prepare functional specifications and documentation

• Provide guidance during testing and go-live phases

Requirements:

• 7+ years SAP implementation and support experience

• 5+ years HCM Payroll hands-on configuration experience

• Strong skills in payroll schemas and integrations

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• SAP certification or relevant degree required
