Infrastructure Program Manager

Position: Infrastructure Program Manager Hybrid Role
Take charge of multi-year infrastructure initiatives with Intact in a hybrid work model. As the Infrastructure Program Manager, ensure seamless execution across both on-prem and cloud environments.

In this key role, you'll coordinate and oversee a variety of infrastructure programs, managing risks and dependencies while aligning stakeholders. Your expertise in governance and clear communication will be essential for program visibility and decision-making. The role requires a solid background in IT project management, as well as experience in cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate delivery of infrastructure initiatives across platforms

• Maintain integrated plans, roadmaps, and governance standards

• Support multi-year roadmap planning and operational readiness

• Oversee modernization and hybrid operating models initiatives

• Align stakeholders across diverse technical groups

Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years IT experience, 4 years in program management

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related fields

• Certifications in Agile/SAFe or cloud technologies considered assets

• Experience with large-scale infrastructure transformations

• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
