SAP ABAP Developer

Our Quebec based client is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join their project un August 2026 and will run until December 2027, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 9 years of experience, backed by strong ABAP development expertise, significant SAP implementation experience, deep knowledge of SAP IS-U, and a solid understanding of SAP CRM.

This will be a fully remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop full-cycle SAP implementation projects, from blueprinting and configuration to go-live and post-launch support, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Design, develop, and optimize complex ABAP programs, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms, to meet evolving business requirements.
• Architect and implement SAP IS U solutions, with a focus on billing, device management, and customer service processes unique to the utilities industry.
• Integrate SAP IS U seamlessly with SAP CRM, enabling unified customer engagement, service order management, and contract lifecycle tracking.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements, translating them into scalable technical specifications and system designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority production issues, performing root cause analysis and deploying sustainable fixes to minimize downtime and business disruption.
• Agile and Jira experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP BTP experience.
• Excellent French communication skills (spoken and written).

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
