Matchtech is seeking Data Business Analysts to support a transformation programme with a focus on source-to-target mapping, data quality, and stakeholder‑led validation. You will translate complex data flows into actionable analyses and ensure traceability through end‑to‑end lineage.
The role requires strong SQL for data interrogation, ERD/logical/physical data models, and storytelling for user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile team.
