Mackenzie Jones IT is recruiting an IT Support Engineer – 2nd Line for a permanent position based in London. The role will support two independent schools with a mix of Windows, Mac Books, iPads and Google/Microsoft 365 environments.
You will manage MDM with Intune, EntraID, and Windows 10/11 configurations, while handling Windows and network basics. The role is onsite with some home-working flexibility and travel between sites may be required.
