Made Tech is seeking a Senior Service Support Analyst to provide 2nd line support for applications, platforms and data services for public sector clients. You will triage incidents, coordinate with internal and client teams, and help improve service delivery.
In this role you will monitor production solutions, manage user service requests in line with SLAs, and communicate clearly during incidents. UK-office flexibility with some remote work is available.
