Job Overview
We are seeking an IT and Digital Systems Officer to support UWC International’s IT and digital landscape, including Google Workspace. The role involves providing technical support, maintaining systems, assisting with the digital infrastructure project, and learning new systems as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day technical support to the External Relations team and stakeholders.
- Maintain and administer Google Workspace and related applications.
- Assist with implementation of the new application platform and CRM as part of the digital infrastructure project.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience with Google Workspace or proven ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and effective communication.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of IT systems, workflows, and digital tools is preferred.

Visa Requirements
Applicants must hold a valid UK work visa or have indefinite work/residence rights in the UK. Confirmation of eligibility will be required.
